ACS (Automation Control Systems) was established in 1987 in the town of Cadelbosco di Sopra, near Reggio Emilia in the Italian technological region of Emilia Romagna.
For more than 30 years, ACS has been designing, building and supplying automatic machines and equipment for the production of keys and cylinders for security locks in the residential, commercial, institutional and automotive sectors.
ACS's mission is to satisfy and support its customers, by means of machines and technologies to accurately perform the processing on the keys (bitting, milling, coining) and on the components of the cylinder (plug broaching, cylinder drilling and tapping). In addition, ACS also specializes in automations regarding the complete assembly of the pins and tumblers into cylinders and padlock bodies (pinning).
ACS is part of the Clevertech Group, which excels in the design and supply of complete and turnkey solutions for the palletization and depalletization of all types of food and consumer containers.
ACS North America assists customers in the USA, Canada and Mexico. Unfortunately, we won't be able to meet in person at the 2020 edition of the ALOA Expo, but we remain at your disposal to find solutions to your projects. You'll find the details of our automations on our website and on new Facebook and LinkedIn pages.
Product Focus
In addition to the range of traditional and customized machines, ACS develops solutions and technologies to meet the most specific demands of customers producing keys and cylinders for locks.
The latest innovation is embodied by the Twin Broaching machine K12-Special, where two broaching units are merged in parallel and controlled by a central programming panel.
This new solution allows you to broach two plugs on each side simultaneously, while maintaining an identical keyway profile or adopting two different ones. Moreover, the two broaches can work independently: One could stop to swap the broach set or for maintenance purposes while the other continues its process.
All these new features translate into an increase in productivity and organization, leading to a significant reduction in direct production costs and asset depreciation.
