Detex Weatherized 230X Multi-Point Hardware

Oct. 11, 2011

Detex Corporation is offering a weatherized version of its maximum-strength 230X multi-point hardware for back door security.  The Detex 230X is both a panic device and a three-point deadbolt. Made to withstand crow bars and more, the 230X has top and bottom bolts with solid steel rods and a large side deadbolt with a full one-inch throw for deeper penetration into the frame than other locks in the category. Testing proves that a 230X-secured door withstands 10,000 pounds of pull force. And now the 230X-W provides full protection against corrosive weather environments.
