New Haven, CT – ASSA ABLOY, the global leader in door opening solutions, today announced that the IN100 Aperio® wireless lock now supports Kantech’s ioProx credentials. Available from ASSA ABLOY Group brands Corbin Russwin and SARGENT, the IN100 will provide Kantech customers an easy, cost-effective way to secure more openings.
Ideal for facilities such as schools or corporate office buildings, the IN100 is designed with ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 hardware and is available in cylindrical lock, mortise lock and exit device configurations. With its unique combination of wireless technology and real-time communication of online access control, the IN100 enables remote lock/unlock in less than 10 seconds. ioProx credentials feature proven, reliable technology and are available in a variety of shapes and materials.
“For Kantech ioProx users, the IN100 provides significant benefits and gives them the opportunity to provide a higher level of security in environments where it isn’t possible or cost effective to hardwire the opening,” stated Martin Huddart, President Access and Egress Hardware Group, ASSA ABLOY Americas.
