Napco Security Technologies, Inc., Amityville, New York, has promoted two regional sales managers to sales director positions. Troy Bonnano has been named sales director, Napco Security & Fire, and Rob Etmans has been named sales director, Napco Access Pro divisions.
“Both these sales professionals joined the company about four years ago, and in a relatively short time have distinguished themselves, with superior sales performance, dedication and technical acumen, serving their dealer-customers and the company. We look forward to great things from Troy & Rob, and their making even greater contributions to their teams,” said Stephen Spinelli, SVP of Sales.
As sales directors, they will help coordinate regional sales managers’ efforts to meet sales and management objectives; driving channel management through Independent Reps and Distribution; supporting and helping create and on-board new and current dealer/integrators; conducting new product introductions, presentations, exhibitions and trainings across the country.
