ASSA ABLOY has acquired InVue, a US-based provider of precision-engineered connected asset protection and access control solutions. The company enables tailor-made security solutions to a broad spectrum of industries and retailers.

InVue was founded in 1986 and has some 260 employees. The main office is located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Sales for 2024 amounted to about $165 million with a strong EBIT margin. The acquisition will be accretive to EPS from the start.
Uhlmann & Zacher
ASSA ABLOY has also acquired Uhlmann & Zacher GmbH, a German supplier of access control handles and knobs and corresponding software.

Uhlmann & Zacher was established in 1990 and has some 110 employees. The main office and factory are located in Waldbüttelbrunn, Bavaria, Germany.
Sales for 2024 amounted to about MEUR 21 (approx. MSEK 240) with a good EBIT margin. The acquisition will be accretive to EPS from the start.
