ABLOY PROTEC2 CLIQ Upgrades

ABLOY PROTEC2 CLIQ electronic locks are now available with a built-in dust cover and a new audible LED quick handshake key. The ABLOY PROTEC2 CLIQ eCylinder and key solution is a robust access control system that increases user ease-of-use and is built with ISO 9001 quality and ISO 140001 environmental ratings. The system features LED indication on both sides and a convenient reversible key. It also delivers a wide range of practical benefits, including the ability to store more audit trails, remote program up to 3,500 locks or lock groups into the key and swiftly obtain access.

The PROTEC2 CLIQ’s battery allows clock and time features to last up to ten years while space inside the key has been reserved for a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag.  The electronic lock was designed with increased durability and operates with minimal delay when the key is inserted. With the PROTEC2 CLIQ locking system, a wide variety of products—including door cylinders, deadbolts, cam locks, padlocks, key deposit locks, and cabinet locks—to be keyed into the same master key system and operated with a single key.
