Paxton Access has introduced the Proximity LCD reader, part of the supplier's architectural range of aesthetic readers. The reader comes with a modern LCD screen and customizable images. The reader comes pre-loaded with four default images which correspond to a particular action. A different image is shown when the reader is idle, when access is granted, when access is denied and when a card and PIN verification is required. End-users can use the images on the reader for advertising space, to give commands or directions to end-users when access is granted or denied, or simply to aesthetically please.
