CDVI Announces Acquisition of ROFU Security International Corp.
ROFU Security International Corp., a privately held company, based out of Seattle, Washington has been acquired by the CDVI Group, effective October 1st.
ROFU, founded in 1980, manufactures an extensive portfolio of Electric Strikes, Magnetic Locks, Request-to-Exit devices, Power Supplies, and Single Door Keypads with Bluetooth Technology. ROFU Security International will maintain their Headquarters and staff in Seattle. ROFU will continue to operate as an independent company within the CDVI Group. It will be overseen by Mr. Shawn Gore, President of CDVI Americas.
