DORMA Names Director of Sales
Chuck Sarkis has joined DORMA as director of sales, Western Region, with responsibility across the region west of the Mississippi River.
In addition to supporting and enhancing relationships with DORMA’s distributor network and established customer base, Sarkis will focus on developing new opportunities with design-build firms. Other major responsibilities include creating and sustaining brand loyalty, assisting customers in the architecture and design fields, and maximizing services for government contracts.
Nathan Patrick has been appointed Midwest Regional Glas sales manager, responsible for working with DORMA sales agents, offering them direct support and liaison with the factory. He will continue to develop new business in the glazing sector throughout his territory, which reaches from the Dakotas across the Midwestern states eastward to Ohio and southward to Texas. He is based in Wisconsin.
Patrick previously held management positions within the aluminum and glass industry. at Trulite Aluminum, Deerfield Beach, Fla., where he most recently was aluminum manager. He also was a supervisor for Coolidge Glass Company before joining Trulite.

ABUS Adds Sales & Marketing Staff
ABUS President and CEO Zac Twight announces the additions of Jenna Martell and Leo Requejado to the company.
As marketing coordinator, Ms. Martell’s main focus will be on creating and new and innovative marketing program, including print advertising, website content management, trade show coordination and production of a new quarterly newsletter. Before joining ABUS, she was in-house marketing coordinator for the Arizona Opera.
Requejado’s main focus will be increasing sales in the Southwest and managing the manufacturer’s representatives who work in his territory. Based in Californai, he will cover the states of California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado and New Mexico. Requejado speaks fluent Spanish and has 10 years of experience in the locksmith industry, most recently as shop manager, Dean Security Lock & Safe.
