ASIS International’s 2013 ASIS Accolades Award winners were recognized at the ASIS International 59th Annual Seminar and Exhibits, held Sept. 24-27 in Chicago, IL. The ASIS Accolades awards competition recognizes the security industry’s most innovative new products, services, and/or solutions.
A team of judges representing end users and experts in security technologies evaluated all entries and selected the top 10 winners.
“This year’s entries again display the unique innovation, creativity, and functionality of the products and services on the market today,” observed Accolades Co-Chair Ron Lander, CPP. “Advances in access systems and video surveillance technology impressed the judges this year as did the overall high quality of these products,” noted Co-Chair Howard Belfor, CPP.

The solution also supports 125 MHz HID Prox™ for encoding Prox credentials and migrating from HID Prox to high frequency technologies.
M100 iClassAperio eCylinder, Medeco Security Locks
M100 eCylinder with Aperio™ technology offers an easy retrofit solution for mechanical door hardware, adding access control to any door in the time it takes to switch out a cylinder. Local wireless communication between the M100 and an Aperio hub connects to the existing EAC system, eliminating the cost and inconvenience of bringing wiring to the door.
