    Rümlang, Nov. 7, 2014: Kaba Group has acquired Advanced Diagnostics Ltd. of Nuneaton (UK) and its related company Advanced Diagnostics USA Inc., based in Las Vegas (USA). The companies specialize in developing programming equipment for the automotive industry. The equipment is used to program transponder-based replacement keys.

    Advanced Diagnostics generates annual turnover of around CHF 10 million with 24 employees. The parties have agreed not to disclose any information about the purchase price.
