STANLEY Security Forms Vertical Market Solutions Division, Appoints Core Leadership
INDIANAPOLIS, IN – – STANLEY Security, a leading global manufacturer and integrator of comprehensive security solutions for a wide range of industries, has established a new vertical market solutions division being led by experienced STANLEY Security leadership teams. This division will concentrate on directly supporting and enhancing the customer experience by recognizing and responding to the varying needs of customers in specific industry verticals.
STANLEY Security’s new vertical market solutions division will link internal groups to better serve its extensive commercial, retail, healthcare, government, corrections, education, financial, global and enterprise customers. Offering optimized services to end-users, these teams allow STANLEY Security to focus on vertical market growth by empowering vertical operations development within the division, while supporting customers with reinforced sales, engineering, project management and account management processes. All team members are trained on offering industry-focused solutions and services in order to provide highly intuitive, integrated security solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer.
Within the vertical market solutions division, Jim Kopplin, has been named President of STANLEY Convergent Security Solutions (CSS); Jonathan Rosman, President, STANLEY Security Retail; and Marty Guay, President, STANLEY Healthcare. They will join the STANLEY Security Systems Integration group leaders, Jerry Walker, Vice President Enterprise; Rick Speidell, Vice President Government & Corrections; and Kyle Gordon, Director Higher Education.

Jim Kopplin, President, STANLEY CSS: Kopplin will now lead the STANLEY CSS group, strengthening the organization’s continued investment in the high-tech development of the electronic security and monitoring markets with an enhanced focus on premier customer service. Kopplin, who has 25 years of experience in the electronic security industry, has been a vital member of STANLEY Security for nearly half that time. Since joining STANLEY CSS, Kopplin has served as Chief Operating Officer and, most recently, as Vice President – Business Development & Advanced Services before assuming his role as President of STANLEY CSS. He has previously held executive and high-level leadership positions with ADT, SecurityLink and HSM Electronic Protection Services.
Jonathan Rosman, President, STANLEY Security Retail: As President of the STANLEY Security Retail group, Rosman will help to deliver superior service to the company’s extensive retail customer base, strengthened by a team of executive professionals with decades of experience in the security industry. Rosman and his team are leveraging the latest in electronic security solutions, including electronic article surveillance (EAS), automatic doors, big data/analytics and exception based reporting to drive tangible results for their retail customers.Rosman has over 20 years of experience, having held high-level positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and, most recently, as the Vice President, Business Development for Honeywell Security before joining STANLEY Security in 2014.
Marty Guay, President, STANLEY Healthcare: Guay will oversee STANLEY Healthcare, which combines the divisions and expertise of STANLEY Healthcare and the STANLEY Security Healthcare Vertical Team. Guay has been a veteran of the security industry for 26 years. Prior to joining STANLEY, Guay served as Vice President, Electronic Security Services for First Security Service Corporation and later as President of Niscayah, Inc. preceding STANLEY’s acquisition of the organization in 2012. Since then, he has acted as Vice President, Sales and Operations for STANLEY CSS before assuming his position as President of STANLEY Healthcare.
