Do-Jo Manufacturing introduced a smaller version of its Frame Frog, designed specifically for installing electrified door hardware in hollow metal door frames. Frame Frog’s universal design provides an easy method of installing conduit in door frames for electronic locks, strikes, card readers and other components of wired electronic access control systems.

The new smaller size (WP4S-001) is designed specifically for all hardware preps in a door frame up to 5 inches long. Model WP4L-001 is for electric power transfers up to 9 inches long. The smaller design enables it to be welded to the frame with included Don-Jo mounting tabs, which reduces labor costs. The pathways remain accessible even after construction is completed, which allows for future wiring repairs, changes and upgrades.
