Corbin Russwin, an ASSA ABLOY Group company, offers the BHSS Trim for the ML2000 mortise lock, a new product in its Behavioral Health™ Series of products. The BHSS trim is specifically designed for use in behavioral health environments, with specially tapered surfaces, an integrated lever and escutcheon along with other features that offer increased patient safety.
The patent-pending BHSS trim has been evaluated and approved for high-risk areas by the New York State Office of Mental Health. Available on the Corbin Russwin ANSI/BMHA Grade 1 ML2000 mortise lock, BHSS trim is offered in 37 functions including Asylum/Institutional and Institutional Privacy as well as electrified options. The lock installs in a standard mortise prep with only two additional holes required and can be used on a variety of opening types.
BHW trim is available in two stainless steel finishes and can also be ordered with Corbin Russwin’s MicroShield® anti-microbial coating.
