Sargent and Greenleaf, Inc. announces the relaunch of its USB Audit Lock (Model 3006/3007), known as Audit Lock 2.0, a commercial-grade digital lock system with audit trail capabilities for recorded access. The Audit Lock 2.0 is the first release on the new S&G Digital Platform, a line of locks that are easier to operate, simpler to program and more customizable in their functionality.
The Audit Lock 2.0, ideal for applications in banks, retail outlets, small offices and other businesses, provides advanced security by recording access event data for a more informative solution. Using a verified USB flash drive, security data – including who accessed the lock and when – can be easily uploaded to coordinate and analyze the security of a single or multiple lock system across many users.
TBy updating the original software, the Audit Lock 2.0 is now able to perform the audit trail download to a USB flash drive, resulting in faster data transfer. Customers can now securely manage and extract audit data from an individual lock and transfer it to a computer in PDF, Excel, Word or TXT format. The Audit Lock 2.0 has an expanded set of features including 1,000 times and date stamped events, greater storage capacity and faster download time. Other primary features include:
- Field Programmability via keypad for single control, dual control and manager/employee modes (up to 30 users).
- Non-solenoid construction that eliminates the threat of vibration and bouncing attacks.
- Integrated User Interface with three keypad LEDs (green, yellow, red) for lock status indication.
- Penalty lockout feature to deter random code entry attempts.
- Audible and visible signal from lock every time the bolt extends to the locked position.
- Increased clock accuracy

The Audit Lock 2.0 has attained the following certifications: UL Type 1, EN 1300, Vds Class 2, A2P B/E, ECB-S, and CNPP. Increased security from the S&G Digital Platform lock is provided through the capability to be integrated with S&G’s PivotBolt Lock (Model 3006-102) and Direct Drive Lock (Model 3007-102).
