The Lion is suited for gates up to 165 lbs. or 4 ft. wide, is ADA compliant requiring only 3 to 5 lbs. of opening force, and can withstand extreme weather conditions ranging from -22° to 185°F. The combination of the Lion’s sleek design and patented technology makes it an affordable and perfect option for commercial or residential retrofit gates in high-traffic areas such as pool gates, dog parks, schools, athletic fields, and more.
The Lion is packed with powerful performance without compromising a stylish exterior. Made with patented hydraulic damping mechanics, it features the latest gate closing technology for worry-free installations and no maintenance. A powder coated aluminium housing gives the Lion a sleek look while defending it from rain, frost, and humidity. Available in black (9005) or silver (ZILV), the Lion blends seamlessly into any ornamental or aluminium gate while displaying a clean and polished look.
The Lion, like all Locinox gate closers, requires no welding and comes pretensioned for an efficient, hassle-free installation. Our patented Quick-Fix bolts simply attach the Lion and the included 90° or 180° rail set to the gate frame with ease. For complete customization, the Lion features an adjustable speed and final snap to perfect the functionality and close of any gate.
