Keyline Acquires Jet

Keyline USA has acquired Jet.

No details or terms were announced in a post on Keyline’s website. Jet’s website has no mention of the acquisition.

In the post, Keyline says, “After decades of collaboration, Keyline USA, a Bianchi 1770 Group Company, will be joining forces with Jet to better focus our long-term goals of offering the finest in locksmith products.

“With this strategic partnership, Jet will begin migrating the metal key blank production to Keyline’s state-of-the-art facility in Italy, and over the next few months, we will be reviewing the key blank offerings to determine how to best continue serving the locksmith and security market.

“Stay tuned for new Jet product offerings from Keyline.”
