Flash 008 Mechanical Key Duplicator

Kaba Ilco Corp. introduces the Flash 008 Mechanical Key Duplicator for typical cylinder and vehicle keys. It will also cut cruciform keys and other keys with long blades, tip stop keys and flip style keys. This new model is an upgraded version of the popular 008B Mini-Mite model which was known for ease of use, lightweight portability and the compact design. Like the previous model, the Flash 008 is the perfect choice for mobile applications or in shops where counter space is limited.

Features include:

• Smooth rotation four sided, nickel plated jaws (clamps)
• Slotted jaw surfaces accommodate tip stop bars
• Rigid shoulder gauge design allow for greater accuracy when loading and gauging keys
• Wide spacing 3 1/2” (88.9 mm) spacing between clamps accommodate large bow and long blade keys, including flip style keys
• Depth tracer system with micro adjustment for precise calibration
• AlTiN (Aluminum Titanium Nitride) coated cutter for extended life and oxidation resistance (temperatures up to 800°)
• Electro-magnetic “main” safety switch with separate cutter motor switch for easy access.
