ABLOY USA Critical Infrastructure introduced the PL321/PLLW321T padlock. This padlock, which has a one-quarter-inch diameter shackle, is available as a mechanical or electromechanical CLIQ padlock.

The PL321/PLLW321T, which is ABLOY’s smallest CLIQ padlock, is part of the Super Weatherproof series. It's IP68-rated and impervious to water or extreme temperatures. The mechanical body has lengths of seven-eighths of an inch or 2 inches. As the shorter of the two, the PL321 stands 1-1/2 inches tall with a twenty-three-thirty-seconds of an inch horizontal clearance; the PLLW321T is 2 inches tall, by 1-5/16 inches and three-quarters of an inch.

A standard ABLOY PROTEC2 mechanical key can be used to open it, and the padlock is key-retaining, so you only have to close the shackle to remove the key. A CLIQ key is an alternative solution to open the lock if the mechanical bitting is the same.
