ABUS released its latest safety device, the B810 Permit Redbox. It was created to incorporate permit-to-work procedures and a group lockout box in one unit.
“The new Permit Redbox makes group lockout more productive and efficient," says George Eubanks, vice president of sales and marketing. “Having the necessary locks and permits close to a maintenance area prevents miscommunication and ensures worker safety.”
The B810 Permit Redbox is made of powder-coated steel to endure harsh industrial environments, and it features a clear, impact-resistant window that allows workers to easily view permits. The enclosed wall bracket and attached handle make the box suitable for stationary or mobile use.
